Mr. Green is a senior vice president and the practice lead for the financial operations and transaction advisory practice at GE Healthcare Camden Group. He has more than 26 years of healthcare experience with 13 years of healthcare consulting experience and 13 years of provider-based financial, operational, and strategic experience among health systems, hospitals, medical groups, management services organizations (“MSOs”), and physician hospital organizations (“PHOs”). Mr. Green has significant expertise in building high-performing teams and leading and executing transformational change, ensuring highest and best use of capital and labor resources to enhance patient and organizational value.

Mr. Green’s 13 years of healthcare consulting experience included recently serving as PWC’s Managing Director in its Health Industries Advisory practice, where he directed numerous financial operations initiatives for systems and medical groups. He also held positions at Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young, advising healthcare organizations across the country.

Additionally, Mr. Green served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Financial Services at Baylor Healthcare System, a $4.5 billion health system, between 2010 and 2013. There he chaired the system’s Efficiency Committee, moving the organization to “Medicare Break-Even” and was responsible for the system’s financial operations, including site and system strategic financial planning and reporting, strategic capital management, operating and capital budgets, labor productivity, cost and performance benchmarking, decision support, cost accounting analyses, revenue cycle analytics, and advanced analytics. Mr. Green has held positions in other provider organizations including Advocate Healthcare, a $4 billion health system, where he served in a variety of roles over 10 years, including overseeing financial operations for a $300 million globally-capped medical group and a corporate position as Vice President, Financial Operations and Performance Enhancement. In this role, Mr. Green was responsible for implementing system-wide, best-practice financial operations, revenue cycle, decision support, and operations/performance improvement. This included creating Advocate Performance Enhancement in 2007, a holistic approach to process improvement, which produced and documented a total of more than $55 million in increased net revenue and cost savings between 2007 and 2010.
